After we meet with you to discuss your wants and needs in a home, we arrange a tour to help familiarize you with Portland neighborhoods that might be a good fit and to explore areas you may not have envisioned could have the home you are looking for. We do this on your schedule – nights, weekends, or weekday – all at your convenience.
We monitor homes on the RMLS hot sheet multiple times a day so that we can alert you to new listings as they come on the market, and we preview homes for you to be able to alert you if something fits your criteria. We also obtain early access to pocket listings and homes that never come on to the open market through our industry connections with other colleagues. We even keep you up to date on sold listings that we have seen together to help gauge current market conditions, to be better informed and to be able to adjust our searches.
During our home search, we introduce you to trusted mortgage brokers and lenders to help you get started with the loan pre-approval process so that your offer is accompanied by a pre-qualification statement. That gives Sellers comfort in knowing that you are a serious Buyer!
When we find the right home together, our Concierge Services will help ensure that the purchase goes smoothly, at the right price, in the right condition. We help to guide you through the best techniques and strategies for an effective offer including the right price.
Once your offer is accepted, we continue to work hard for you. We provide you with a list of recommended home inspections, and arrange the appointments with our trusted contractors for the inspections and any follow up negotiations and research on repairs, costs, and re-inspections. We continue to communicate with your lender and escrow officer during this process to ensure that all closing deadlines are met. We review your preliminary title report to ensure accuracy, and we deliver your keys to you knowing that we did everything possible to find you the right home, at the right price, in the best condition. We aren’t satisfied until our Buyers are satisfied.
